Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the item you purchased is defective. If you received a defective item, please contact us 718 213-3197 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to Pegleys, P.O. Box 175, 1789 Route 27, Edison NJ 08817. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30-days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and without body order or fragrance.
If 30-days has passed since the date of purchase ,unfortunately, we cannot offer you
a refund or exchange.
